SCC-POL-014 · Version 1.0
Quality Policy
Applies to: All Strata Cleaning Co operations, workers and subcontractors
Policy statement
Strata Cleaning Co provides commercial and strata cleaning services across Australia. "Quality Assurance" at Strata Cleaning Co means a documented Quality Management System (QMS), explicitly defined by this policy statement and conforming to Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016 Quality management systems — Requirements. The QMS forms part of our Integrated Management System (IMS) together with our environmental (AS/NZS ISO 14001:2016) and work health and safety (AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018) management systems (SCC-IMS-001).
We are committed to:
- Meeting client requirements — delivering every clean to the agreed scope, frequency and standard, at every site, every time.
- Proving it — recording completed work with time-stamped, GPS-verified photo evidence, signed shift sign-offs and supervisor inspections, and making that evidence available to clients through the client portal.
- Complying with applicable statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements, including fair work and labour standards (SCC-PRO-025).
- Listening to clients — responding promptly to requests and complaints, measuring satisfaction, and acting on feedback.
- Competent, supported people — inducting, training and supervising our workers so they understand the standard expected and how their work contributes to it.
- Controlling our suppliers and subcontractors so that their products and services meet our standards.
- Setting measurable quality objectives (SCC-IMS-003), monitoring performance, and reviewing them at management review.
- Continual improvement of our services and of the effectiveness of the QMS — addressing risks and opportunities, correcting nonconformities and preventing their recurrence.
This policy provides the framework for setting quality objectives. It is communicated to all workers through the company induction, available in the QMS, displayed at our depots, available to interested parties on request, and reviewed for continuing suitability at least annually at management review.
